These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") govern your relationship with the Unzipr application (the "Service") operated by Lite Apps Company ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. License and Access

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Lite Apps Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the Application on a macOS device that you own or control and to run such copy of the Application solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service (such as "Unzipr Pro") are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel your Subscription anytime through your Apple ID Account Settings.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lite Apps Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lite Apps Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Lite Apps Company does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or will meet any specific speed, compression, or performance metrics. Descriptive terms used in our marketing materials, App Store listing, or website (such as "fast," "lightning-fast," "blazing-fast," or similar) are general descriptions only and do not constitute a guarantee, specification, or warranty of actual performance. You acknowledge that no software can guarantee complete protection against data loss or file corruption, and you are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of any files you process using the Service.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
